Westchester County Law Firm Helps Families Transform

Strong yet compassionate advocacy in White Plains and beyond

Lauren B. Abramson, Esq. helps families find creative ways to make major transitions less traumatic. Our caring staff gives personal attention to each client, responds quickly to questions and uses alternative dispute resolution methods when appropriate. If negotiations stall, we are prepared to pursue your case in court and fight for your rights and the interests of your children.

Guiding families through conflict

Lauren B. Abramson began practicing law in 1987. She founded our law firm in 2007 with the mission of advocating for families in distress. We are advocates for custody for fathers and well as mothers, and recommend equal parenting time whenever possible. The best interests of the children are always our priority.

At the law offices of Lauren B. Abramson, we believe family members are in a better position than a court to know what is right for them. We are trained in collaborative law and mediation, and encourage families to pursue alternative methods for resolving disputes. We strive to find ways to help families overcome obstacles while minimizing conflict, but when an agreement is not feasible, Ms. Abramson is a tenacious advocate in the courtroom.

Dynamic representation from an attorney with broad experience

Ms. Abramson’s background in social work and her experience prosecuting child abuse and neglect cases form a solid foundation for our firm. Her education and experience blend with her legal skills to give her insight into the heart of family conflicts. Whether the issue is divorce, separation or a modification of child support, the attorney and staff at the law offices of Lauren B. Abramson provide compassion and experienced representation.
